SyBridge is capable of producing extensive 3D printing parts and tools to meet the demands of any prototyping or custom manufacturing project. Our 3D printing capabilities include:
Selective Laser Melting
Selective Laser Melting (SLM) uses targeted lasers to melt individual thin layers of metal alloy powder to create heat resistant parts in one step with fine details, no matter the design’s geometric complexity.
Benefits:
Materials: Aluminum Alloy, Maraging Steel, Nickel Alloy, Stainless Steel
Carbon Digital Light Synthesis
Carbon Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) uses digital UV light projection, oxygen permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to make reliable, watertight, isotropic plastic parts with a surface finish similar to injection molding.
Benefits:
Materials: Epoxy (EPX), Rigid Polyurethane (RPU), Flexible Polyurethane (FPU), Elastomeric, Polyurethane (EPU), Multi-Purpose Polyurethane (MPU)
Fused Deposition Modeling
FDM is a fast and cost-effective 3D printing process whereby plastic resin is deposited layer-by-layer, producing a functional and durable part.
Benefits:
Materials: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polycarbonate (PC), Nylon, Acrylonitrile, Styrene Acrylate (ASA), ULTEM 1010 [high-performance polyetherimide (PEI)], ULTEM 9085 (flame-retardant, high-performance thermoplastic)
HP Multi Jet Fusion
HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) uses an inkjet array to selectively apply fusing and detailing agents to a layer of powder, followed by the application of thermal energy to fuse the powder together into a solid 3D object.
Benefits:
Materials: PA 11, PA 12, Polypropylene (PP)
Stereolithography
Stereolithography (SLA) is a 3D printing technology that uses a liquid photopolymer resin and a laser to create solid 3D objects layer by layer.
Materials: Rigid (white, 92D Hardness, Strong/brittle for more industrial applications)
Selective Laser Sintering
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) uses a laser to fuse powdered materials into a solid 3D object. The process involves spreading a thin layer of powdered material, such as nylon, on a build platform, and then using a high-powered laser to selectively fuse the powder together, layer by layer, according to a 3D model.
Benefits:
Materials: Polyamide Nylon (PA), Glass-Filled Nylon
